Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica
The criteria for admission into the language honor societies are the following:
1. A student must have completed the first semester of Spanish 3/French 3 and must be a sophomore, junior, or senior.
2. A student must have an "A" in French/Spanish during the semester of selection. The selection process begins after first semester grades come out. This means that a student must have an "A" for the first semester of French/Spanish 3, 4, or 5.
3. A student must have honor roll grades in all other courses during the semester of selection.
4. A student must have a cumulative average of "A-" or better in French/Spanish for the three preceding semesters.
5. A student must have a cumulative average of "B-" or better in all other courses for the three preceding semesters (French/Spanish may not be used in calculating this average).
